Facebook threat triggers terrorism investigation

According to Australian Associated Press news agency counter-terrorism agents are investigating terror threat against an Australian through social networking website Facebook.
This is the first investigation of this kind. News reports say that a threat came from an alleged Hezbollah member to a Jewish woman.

Archaeological finds dated to 35,000 years

Ancient Aboriginal tools found on a Pilbara mine site in Western Australia have been dated at 35,000 years — among the oldest so far discovered in Australia.
Archaeologists believe the dig could yield material up to 40,000 years old, comparable with the internationally famous Lake Mungo Man discovery in NSW.

Panic over wounded angels

A Chinese artist provoked a public scare when he hung naked mannequins from the outside of skyscrapers.
Shanghai artist Liu Jin put up four mannequins and put wings on their backs for the work, entitled Wounded Angels.
